BATALLADOR DO Ribera del Duero

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in crates. Once at the winery, they are mechanically sorted. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation, malolactic fermentation, occurs in concrete tanks, and the wine is then aged in American and French oak barrels for 10 months. It is then bottled for release to the market.

Visually, it presents a deep purple-red color. On the nose, red fruit aromas are more prominent than oak, with notes of cherry and strawberry. On the palate, it is youthful and fresh thanks to its balance of acidity and body, with present and well-integrated tannins and subtle oak notes. Pleasant on the palate and with its own distinct character.
