DESCRIPTION:

The union between the Rioja winemaking tradition, backed by four generations, and the work on a new project of viticulture, oenology, wine tourism, helping the conservation of the Environment and betting on R&D has resulted in a new image, a new wine, a new brand.

A wine made with Viura and Malvasia grapes from the Rioja Alavesa region, from our vineyard whose age guarantees its quality.

TYPE OF WINE: Young White

VARIETY: Viura 75% and Malvasia 25%

ELABORATION: Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. Cold alcoholic fermentation. We maintain strict temperature control throughout the entire process to ensure the fruity character of this wine, as well as its structure on the palate.

BREEDING:

TASTING NOTES: Clean and bright. Pale yellow color with green highlights. Very intense aroma, notes of yellow and green fruits, with floral nuances. On the palate it is a lively, flavorful and well-balanced wine, with a long and very pleasant finish.

CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: 6-9 ºC

CONSUMPTION PERIOD: Short term

PAIRING: Wine suitable for salads, vegetables, pasta, fish and seafood.
