DESCRIPTION:

The union between the Rioja winemaking tradition, backed by four generations, and the work on a new project of viticulture, oenology, wine tourism, helping the conservation of the Environment and betting on R&D has resulted in a new image, a new wine, a new brand.

A wine made with Tempranillo grapes from the Rioja Alavesa region, from our 28 hectares of vineyards whose age guarantees its quality.

TYPE OF WINE: Red

VARIETY: Tempranillo

PRODUCTION: Grapes destemmed, fermentation controlled.

AGING: American oak barrels, 12 months

TASTING NOTES: Bright cherry red color. Fine and delicate aroma, notes of vanilla with hints of red fruit. On the palate it is very smooth, round and flavorful, clearly reflecting the aging process with lingering fruit notes. Long and persistent finish.

SERVING TEMP: 18ºC

CONSUMPTION PERIOD: Medium term. 5 years

RECOMMENDED: Legumes, vegetables, appetizers, cold cuts, white meats, small game, roast beef and cheeses.
