Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham is the Chosen by chef Quique Dacosta, winner of 3 Michelin stars, to delight their diners in the Mandarin Oriental Ritz hotel in Madrid .
It comes from a 100% Iberian pork which has been raised free-range and fed on acorns. Each piece has natural curing in a cellar that lasts between 3 and 4 years.
Salamanca is the ideal place for its production. We enjoy a perfect climate that provides exceptional conditions such as temperature and dry air. That's why the hams that come from our facilities are also exceptional.
