Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the subsequent aging process occurs in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. After gentle clarification and filtration, it is bottled to complete its aging in the bottle until it reaches the market.

Deep ruby ​​in color. The nose is intense and complex, with ripe black fruit aromas of blackberries and violets balanced by balsamic notes from the oak. On the palate, it is luscious and full-bodied, with intense yet smooth tannins, notes of cigar box, caramel, cinnamon, and aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary. Silky and lingering on the finish. A balanced and complex wine with plenty of life ahead to express its full potential.
