Grapes from vineyards in the Gumiel de Izan and Hontoria area.

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in crates. Once at the winery, they are mechanically sorted. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation, malolactic fermentation, occurs in concrete tanks, and the wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. It is then bottled, where it completes its aging process until it is released to the market.

Deep, deep ruby-purple in color. Intense aromas of ripe black fruit, currant, and blackberry, along with notes of oak, vanilla, chocolate, and nutmeg, make for a very interesting presentation on the nose, inviting you to taste it on the palate, where it lives up to expectations. Intense in flavor, with body and present tannins, hints of nutmeg, toffee, toast, and cedar. Balanced and elegant. A true embodiment of our philosophy.
