Bellota Shoulder 50% Iberian Breed Torreon

Smaller than a ham, the 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed shoulder ham has become one of our most sought-after cuts among our customers. A delicate and unique cut with a sweet flavor and intense aroma, the result of raising Iberian pigs in complete freedom and, of course, feeding them on acorns and pasture.

This ham comes from the crossbreeding of a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% Duroc father. The pig was raised free-range and fed on acorns , and naturally cured in a cellar for a minimum of two and a half years.
