Our "della Mamma" Cured Sheep's Cheese with Pesto is made with pasteurized sheep's milk and veined with a Genoese-style artisanal pesto, made with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic and pine nuts.
With a curing time of 5 to 6 months , this cheese achieves a balanced intensity that enhances both the character of the sheep's milk and the aromatic freshness of the pesto.
- Pairing for flavored cheeses: Ideal for cheese boards , warm salads , focaccia , or simply with rustic bread. It pairs perfectly with full-bodied white wines (such as barrel-fermented Chardonnay) or fruity young reds (such as young Tempranillo or Garnacha). You can also accompany it with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, or a touch of honey to enhance its Mediterranean character.
